We're rebuilding the bridge between architecture school and practice.
Archi Upskill exists because too many graduates spend their first three years guessing, while too many senior architects spend theirs re-explaining the same fundamentals. We turn that lost time into structured, on-demand training so firms compound knowledge instead of repeating it.
Three principles, applied to every course.
No filler theory. No motivational fluff. Every minute of training has to earn its place against billable time.
Built for the desk, not the lecture hall.
Every course is taught by an architect using the same templates, checklists, and details they use on live projects. If it doesn't help a graduate ship work faster, it doesn't go in the curriculum.
Anchored in NCC, AS, and Australian practice.
Materials are written against current National Construction Code clauses and Australian Standards. Graduates learn the regulatory language firms actually have to defend in design review.
Organised by project output.
To ensure immediate application, training is organised by project output (e.g., GA, Site, and Partition Plans). Grads can access the specific module they need to support the task they are currently delivering.
Built by architects to streamline graduate onboarding.

Sean McLean is a registered Queensland architect with over a decade of professional experience. With a unique background spanning structural and civil engineering, land surveying, and landscape design, he brings a multidisciplinary perspective that enriches his architectural process and strengthens project outcomes.
Throughout his career, Sean has demonstrated design rigor, technical depth, and a strong commitment to buildability. He has led projects across education, residential, and commercial sectors, where his ability to blend creativity with pragmatic problem-solving has consistently shaped successful results.

Meghana Reddy is a registered Queensland architect and the driving force behind ArchiUpskill. With over seven years of experience across residential, multi-residential, and education sectors, she has worked across every stage of project delivery.
Her career includes key roles within leading national practices where she managed consultant coordination and led documentation outputs. These experiences exposed a recurring industry challenge: graduates were entering the workforce underprepared for the practical demands of practice. Meghana founded ArchiUpskill to empower emerging architects with clear documentation standards, regulatory compliance, and construction-phase coordination.
From the gap we lived through, to the platform we built.
- 2019 / The Gap
The "Uni-to-Office" shock.
We started as graduates who felt the gap between design school and technical reality. We were the ones wishing for a roadmap that didn't exist.
- 2024 / The Spark
Systemising the essentials.
As mentors, we found ourselves teaching the same core concepts over and over. We decided to turn those recurring conversations into a system that stays with the grad forever.
- 2025 / The Build
Building the foundation.
A year dedicated to translating practice into a platform, drafting technical content, and mapping every module to the Australian workflow.
- 2026 / The Launch
Product live.
ArchiUpskill officially launches. A delivery-driven toolkit that lets grads jump straight into real tasks from day one.
- Today / The Mission
Empowering independent practice.
The resource we wished we had. We're here to help grads grow and firms stay billable, ensuring no essential lesson has to be taught twice.
