His background also spans structural and civil engineering, land surveying, and landscape design, a rare combination that gives him a sharp eye for what actually gets built, not just what gets drawn.

Meghana is a registered Queensland architect with over seven years of experience across residential, multi-residential, and education sectors.
At national practices, she led documentation and consultant coordination, then moved into design management, working directly between architects, consultants, and site teams to see those same drawings through to construction. That work exposed a problem that kept repeating: graduates entering the workforce underprepared for the practical demands of practice. Meghana founded Archi Upskill to fix it.
